Natalia's 30-day Strict Paleo Diet
 
Start: Today, March 7th 2011.

I will succeed !! :super:

Bfast: 1 egg with spinach sauteed in olive oil. 1 coffee....1 very dark, very unsweetened coffee......

I will have to look at making my own almond milk.

Afternoon snack (16:00)

  • 100g fresh coconut
  • 1 apple
  • 5 dates
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 baby banana

Dinner - 07MAR2011
  • 100g (handful) of cashews
  • 400g of (in 50-50 proportion):
  • boiled green cabbage
  • sauteed ground beef (with onions)
  • sauteed together in olive oil
  • 50g mashed sweet potato (olive oil, sea salt)
  • 150g-200g red grapes

I've also decided to post my workouts while I'm in this strict paleo 30 days.

Workout - Mon 07MAR2011
It was REST day :D Phew...
So I did about 600m of swimming, fast pace.
Me like swimming :pepper:

Lunch - 08MAR2011 :stir:
  • 85g smoked salmon, with olive oil, sea salt
  • 1 BIG avocado (had to battle to finish it)
  • 1 big handful of steamed green beans (french green beans) with olive oil
  • 1 handful of blueberries
