Patrick-I like different variations of the thruster. The barbell thruster hurts my shoulders. When I can face my palms together things are much better. I sit the sandbag on top of my fists and rep away. Still very demanding.

These pullovers has been really good for stiff shoulder. I have done those lately, at home like today with Kb and when at gym for warmup exercise with dumbell, really opens the range of motion. Sometimes pullover,some times pullover and press exercise. Both are good.
