Well, I've made it thru Christmas with no weight gain. Still no weight loss though...
Tomorrow I'm going to talk about CFing more than 3 times a week. I might even try some fasting. I don't know....
My New Years goal is to do better on my posting!!!

MAX push-ups: 18 on parallete on knees.

I've lost 4 inches since I started October 27th. No weight loss, but hey 4 inches is 4 inches!!
Beginning today, I am officially CFing every possible day that I can. Either in the gym, or my beloved Amy C. will assign me homework.

I sure am glad hardly anyone checks on my posts, 'cause I am really bad at it!
Frankly, by the time I get home from work/CF I'm a pathetic jiggly pile of jello-including my brain!
Anyway--here goes...

I can't remember how many, but they weren't good at all---waaaaay too sore.
Wednesday 1/7
slam ball (my fave) intervals
a bunch of practice on form
I have a new buddy, Marcia! Yippee!! She's old like me, but not fat at all. Can't have everything I guess.
Thursday 1/8
snowday!
20 each
push-ups (on knees0
pretend pull-ups ( I reeeeeeally need a pull-up bar)
sit-ups (arms extended)
air squats
Friday 1/9
AMRAP /1 minute interval
ring pulls 10/27/08 14 1/9/09 19
wall push-ups 29 40
air squats 18 17---but much better form
sit-ups 28 31---much better form
Today 1/10
I will jump rope!!

Okay, so I've made up my own slogan and I'm making a t-shirt for myself to wear. The name of my gym is Crossfit NRV (New River Valley)

On the front of my shirt it's going to say
CrossFit NRV
The NeRVe to make you cry
On the back it will say
The results to make you smile

Meanwhile I've had a hateful ole bug that rendered me totally useless for several days. But not this day!

Warm-up:
walking samson stretches
push-ups (mine were the fake wall kind)
sit-ups---mine are getting better
hanging swinging things
box dips
overhead squat practice with a plain stick
By this time I was sweaty, hot and praying the actual work-out would be merciful....it wasn't. Are any of them??
We named this workout Marcia's Headache in honor of my new buddy who is a much better beginner than myself!!
So,
Marcia's Headache
75 jump ropes (mine were pretend)
25 squats
X 4 for time!! I did mine in 6 minutes something, I forgot to write down the seconds, maybe 19?
Now I'm quivering with my entire upper body propped on the computer desk trying to type.[/COLOR][/FONT]
