Running short on time yesterday and had only 20 min to fit in a workout so i figured i would see how many rounds of barabra i could get in (cindy was having a day off) so after warming up with 2 min of skipping I hit the pull up bar. And to my shock, and joy knocked off the first 20 in a single set (yes there was a little hanging around after about number 13 but i got them done)Felt like a could have got a few more out but i was running against the clock. Previous PR was 16.
Now if only i could get a muscle up.

Muscle up comes with specific work. Looks like you'll be getting a lot of it tomorrow with Jason. 5,10,15,20 muscle ups. Killer.
