Maybe it would be good to skip overhead presses for a while, and if you bench, with close grip or dumbells with palms facing almost each other... Hey Gents- I did the Spartan Beast Race this past Saturday. 8.5+ miles of it!! It was real tuff, there were some major hills in this one. I'm pretty sore and will be traveling to Phoenix for the rest of the week. Hope to post sometime next week. Keep up the good Work Fellas and "scale" when needed!! Dont over DO IT!!!
