Cool, I'm going to try to get some oly work in, 40yard sprints, Deadlift, MU's and DU's. We will see what I get done.

sprints
40yard dash 8rounds 30seconds rest. Untimed.

it was with Brady all out sprint, he wasn't worried about times so I didn't time them. Just ran.

MU practice deadhang MU's in sets of 2 reps(I couldnt get 3 reps)6rounds

I tried to get those MU's from a hang and not false grip, I didn't get 1, it is in the wrist I think, I only tried 3or4, I bet with more time I'd get it though, it seem like a technique issue.

No oly, I didn't have time. Maybe at 3:00

You've hit as much extra work as me, we are terrible Nik, 'Overtrainers Anonymous'. Those MU's without the false grip are really tough on the wrists, you really put a lot of pressure on them through the transition, I only have got one before and had a painful wrist afterwards. Maybe try sitting above the rings with the normal grip and falling through transition to see how they feel first. Strong deadlifts also.

Oh yea, I'm we are totally addicted. I don't even try to argue that at all.

Deads were good, I wanted that 7th one but the 6th one was slow and felt off, 7th rep I got it off the floor and put it back dow, Brady said My form was good, but it felt off. I guess I am still nervous of my back.

I'm a little tired today. I really didn't feel like doing the whole thing today, but I feel better after doing this much.


Ok today is my last workout befor I go to Jamica tomorrow. I may be able to check the mainpage I may not. Scott I think I will do what you said about just having fun on the beach. I'm kind of looking at the time a active rest.

After today I don't know when I will be able to post so if I don't get a chance I'll post up on Monday night or Tuesday.

I tell you it will be hard to leave Martin for the weekend. I have never been away from him for that long.

Have a great time Nik in Jamaica, make the most of it and dont worry about hitting anything physical which is not fun, sea swimming , messing about on the beach is all good and you will come back from the weekend stronger than ever.

Oh yes I tried todays KStar stretch and my leg was so bent still, need to work hard on that one although I got it higher up towards the end which is a differnece.
