Oh yea, all about roy today. Back seems ok today. just the regular arthritus, I'll strech out and warm up in a bit, that will tell me how my day will be.

How are your legs?
Wow.. I look at that workout and it scares me!! of course my legs are rubber today after squats yesterday.. I think my gym is going to post a running wod today, and with these legs, that aint happening today.. I'm not sure what I will do yet.. I will be anxious to see how people make out with Roy today. it is a possibility since I haven't deadlifted in a while. I might have to sub step ups for box jumps though!! Legs are definitely on fire!

Good luck today.. you doin' C2B? (you always do, so that is probably a stupid question!) Hope you feel better!

Yea C2B for me. I'll see how my back warms up to the deads and go from there. No need in getting an injury is it doesn't feel right.

I bet your les are rubber!

Re: Nik

AM warm up
30 reps each
GHS's
back ext 40lbs
abmatt situps 25lbs plate over head
new standard pushups(hand off floor at bottom)

10 reps front squats 75 lbs (my back didn't like these to well, but warmed up to them on the second round)
10 OHS's 75lbs
10 Front squats 75lbs(felt better)

We will see how the deads warm up today. If it bothers my back I'll scale it or just skip. I don't need an injury.

Dont push through if the deads bother your back, this is training and its to make us stronger, injury makes you weaker, if necessary sub them if they feel dodgy, I will if mine do.

Thats the thought. I'll warm up and see how it goes.

This is why I posted it all up. It is tough to miss, but if I'm posting it all over I have to stand by my word. So I don't feel as bad missing out then if I didn't sat anything about it. I hope it is fine and I get through it easy. We will see. Nothing wronfgwith an extra rest day. If I have to.

10:00 break, Streching and some light KB work to warmup and test my back. Still looking forward to the workout. I may have to scale the deads still.
