40 GHD's in a row 30 Back ext 40 lbs 10 OHS's with bar 10 FS's with bar 10 OHS's with bar 30 Reg pushups 30 abmatt situps with 45lbs plate. |

Thanks loads Nik, you was definately there with me in mind when I was doubting I could win it, like in Rocky when he imagines he's old coach saying 'Get Up One More Round'. Main page would be impossible for me today, I am still walking like a penguin and stepping up the sidewalk is hard. Not even had time to catch up on the games footage, did you watch any of it over the weekend. |

(I'm not on face book like you) When I try to watch footage the page comes up and the start arrow is covered with the ''no smoking sign'' |

Exactly the same as me Nik, I am also not on facebook, not my thing, its not like on here where we all get along :p I just got the non-smoking sign or no entry sign thing and even the scores were impossible to get the final results as they kept over-lapping. |

Yea, all I got was the , what first 4or 5 places in the write ups of the comps, not like last year where there was a spread sheet to soo where every one placed. |

Note for todays workout. I'm worried asbout the runs. My calf is still a bit knotted up. I can wealk just fine and it doesn't hurt, but there is still a big knot.
So I will be hitting the runs real easy, not all out, I'm afraid it will cramp up again. If it cramps up today, I'll stopp all running till it is better, off to roll it more now. |

For time:
Run 1200 meters 63 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood 36 Pull-ups Run 800 meters 42 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood 24 Pull-ups Run 400 meters 21 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood 12 Pull-ups time 26, something. I didn't sprint the runs at all, I jogged at and even pace watching out for the calf which made it through with out cramping! KB's I got 32 befor breaking then finishes up. pullups broken from the begining, grip and fore arms spent and Brady and I took turns on the pullup bar till last round. KB I taped a 35 and 10 lbs plate to our KB to make 1.5 pood and it slipped each round and was hitting my hands, so I had to fix it on 1st and secomd round, i just endured the pain ogf the weights hitting my hands to finisnh the last round unbroken. It was HOT, the heat takes so much. Good workout, it was a killer. Hats off the the Games people who did this. |

It was tough, Just pace the runs. Grip will be fried for the pullups, just keep to short breaks. You'll do great. |

The runs weren't the problem surprisingly. My back started to tighten during the 2nd run and I knew those kb's would be murder. |
