I thought real serous about the sumos Scott, but I missed out completely.

I'll also miss tomorrows workout, I'm off and I will have Martin with me, I hope to get up to the Shop and do something, but a long endurance workout wont work with my son, that and the run is totally out with him with me. So Good luck to you who do it.

Happy 4th everyone!!

HAHA I wouldn't read through the entire log either. Thanks for checking it out. I'm obsessive with the workout so I'm always posting something.

Hope you had a great 4th of July Nik & family.

You could always just see how much weight you can muscle up with today as that's the challenge of the workout.

Not that, you know me, I'd do it if I could. I just can't. I have my son with me and I'd be doing the ride on a single speed BMX bike. Same as today, I can go for the run with Martin with me, so today is out too. It sucks, but that is the deal with the weekends. If there is a run I'm out.

HAHA sharp wit. I'm still thinking of making up the ride tomorrow. But like I said it will have to do it on a single speed BMX bike, what do you thing, can I do it in an hour?

I dont have any idea how long a 30k bike ride would be, I dont even have a single speed bmx to ride and have never used a bike for exercise except when I was a teenager. You could always cycle in one direction for 30 minutes then turn around to make sure you get under the hour.

1. snatch on the minute: 65%x1x5, 70%x1x5, 75%x1x5

2. cln and jerk: work up to 75%x1x5

3. glute ham back extensions: 3 x 10

4. sit ups: 100 total

Snach weight was 90lbs,95lbs,100lbs I need to re max on snach, it was to light by the end.

Clean weight was 165lbs, felt good.

I didn't have time to get on the rings, that took long enough and Marti n was ready to go.

Side note. I have only gotten 15 hours sleep in the last 3 nights. I'm glad today went as well as it did, I expected to be dragging pretty bad, but it was good.
