I don't get mad at fran...yet. But it is so gruling. You know it can be fast, and any little thing throws it off. I made the first set od 21 un broken, but I was slow at the end of it. It is such a tough workout mentally.

Glad to hear your shoulder is feeling better. You're back at it soon and good. The shoulders to overhead tweaked my back a little yesterday. The inversion table seems to have helped it. A smart guy would have scaled back after the first set, but I was too stubborn I suppose. Hope my wife didn't read the last part. '

Thanks Tony. Eh I get into a workout and thinking goes out the window. i probably should have scaled the chest to overhead, but it was to late, I had started and my brain was in the ''get it done'' mode.

You were probably rocking your chest back on the over head. That is bad form. That puts all the weight on your mid spine where you hinge your chest back. Keep your torso straight and don't tilt back.

Ok Marting ois dong alot better. Still some small side effects, but way better. He made it through the night and ate great yesterday.

So I got an ok nights sleep. I got up alot. Every noise I heard I thought was Martin, so I slept light. I was hot too, I got up and drank alot of water and ate in the middle of the night. But I ate good this time. No cookies or cakes. I ate a bananna and some water mellon standing in the fridge in my boxers. That has got to be a sight. Seeing me standing there stuffing my gob eyes closed milk carton in hand.

Really nice job on Fran, Nik... considering everything going on with your shoulder and your son. I'm glad he is doing better. How old is he? poor kid... doesn't your heart break when kids are sick?

He is 3yo 4yo in October. He is a great boy and it just killes me when he is sick same for my oldest son who is 14 now. Funny it is ok for me to be sick but someone else, it just isn't right.

Thanks, It is just how I see it. Kids don't ask to be here, and mine are stuck with me. So I will do my best for them.Plus there are few people who will stick with you in this world. I stand by my familly. You are the same i can tell. You play for your dad even though it gets hard on you.
