Nice work on Rankel Nik... Good that you took care of your back on the DLs. Looks like a really tough workout and one that I want to do so badly! I don't have any damn freeweights. I'll figure something out but it won't be the same.

Thanks Jesse, it was fun, I was am always carefull on ''heavy''deads, I have to be. Yoy would do great on it. You are in training are you not? Where are you now, you are hard to keep up with.

I just watched the demo video, you looked smoothe even hough you were starting with your knees on the ground!! It is cool that you are on here.

I have had to get use to having my knees close to the gound , bent leg muscle up style. Brady says you done the hero wod TWICE, is that true.

AHAHA yep. I did it first thing in the morning thinging he wasn't going to do it. Well he was MAD and giving out I did it with out him, so... Round two.

I actually did better at lunch as I was better warmed up from work and more awake I guess. The deads were no problem at all, no back pain nothing.

I got 6 roinds and 2 deads, so 1 round better.

Then there was today. I'll post the workout now.

Workout of the Day
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Deadlift
20 Burpees


8round 17deadlifts

I was pared with a really cool guy.

I almost did what Scott, and Jay and Richard were talking about. I went off really fast being in the class and all, but was able to keep everything unbroken.

We did everything in sets of 5, he'd go, I'd go. I picked up a set or two of his burpees and on the last few secinds we were on the deadlift and I just went as fast as I could to get the last set done. I only got 17reps in the last 20 seconds.

Also I had a blast on there pullup rack doing 3 sets of 20 rep C2B on the real pullup bar. It was fun a few of the guys got with me to learn how I was doing them ''butterfly''. Funny I was stunned, I didnt realize it was butterfly at all, it is the same as always.

Oh Scott, I got a couple of sets of 5 MU just messing after class. Seems like I was just off or fatigued the other day.

The bad side. I am tore up. Yesterday I did 69 deadlifts at 225lbs and, 77burpee pullups, today I did 97 reps of deads(light) and say atleasy 80 regular burpees.

My back is TIRED, but ok, my legs and glutes feel all rubbery even 5 hours later. So I may take tomorrw off and rest up depending what happens, that and Monday we are starting a new strenth Cycle.
