Dude, I am SO freaking sore today. My legs from the 105 reps of Thrusters are screaming at me! I don't think I'll be able to do Cindy today. I may have to do some shoulders and abs.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups C2B 10 Push-ups 15 Squats total rounds was 20 and 5 pullups all pullups C2B. I wanted atleast 21rounds, but oh well. warm up was 20 ghd's 30 situps 40 lbs 30 back ext 40lbs |

Perform 3 Power Snatches on the minute for 10 minutes. *Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 3 Power Snatches. *Use a maximal weight. 80% of 1 RM I used 115lbs, I have nexer maxed on it. 115 was really rough, I don't know how I got through it woth out missing. Tomarrow will be ring extras if my hands will hold up. |

I've posted some ideas for the tyre flipping on my page... bring it!! |
