Awesome work man! You beat my PR on Pull-ups by 5! Amazing job on keeping your Pull-ups in the 20's for rounds 2 - 4. Congrats.

You know Nick, I saw your 35 reps and had to try to beat it. I did 36 without stopping, hung on the bar and kicked up for the last four. You were the only reason I went that far. :D

How dare you man! ;) Now I have to go for 41.... Geez, my arms are going to fall off one day! Congrats again man, 40 is awesome.

BTW, none of my coworkers truly think I can do that many pullups. Nor do my soldiers in my company. I told my wife she needs to video tape me doing them some afternoon. My soldiers I'll make come with me some day to the pullup bars and we'll all do them together. HAHA, they'll be begging to be done.

I have gotten 50once just to see if I could. Brady saw that one.

You should PT them on pullups, you will soon make Crossfitter out of all of them.

Yeah, my goal is to make them some serious Crossfiters.

50 isn't there everyday, I wanted 50 today, but the bench stole it from me.

3:00 break

one set of deadlift of 10 reps 85lbs

squat cleans lots at 85lbs, gust working the form and streching my back.

50 pull ups! thats unbelievable! Its my life goal for pull ups (my pb is 30).

Even more impressive was that you managed to get above 15 in every round and above 20 in 4 of the 5 rounds. Great work. I'm suddenly worried about agreeing to race you with tyre flips:D

Better watch out Fegus! Nik shocked me with the 50! No telling how far and fast he can flip the tires. Good luck... :eek:

Hey Nik, you doing Cindy or Mary today? I'm going to do Mary, i have never done it before and i wanna give my legs a bit of a rest because i have a softball game tonight. My legs always feel like jello after Cindy lol.
