all good reps, last one a bit slow and I stayed on my knees and they were better today.

I have a sinus head ache which hurt on the desent on the squat. Also I am still feeling a bit tired. But ok mentally. Want to work, so I will do all I can, and stay at it.

AMRAP in 11 minutes, with 800m run and 20 pullup check-in of:
•15 Overhead Walking Lunges (full-extension) (20/15kg)
•15 Pressups

started the clock and then ran and did pull ups
4 rounds 3 lunges.

happy. The push presses were not as strong as I'd hoped, but I expect it is from the KB work yesterday. No big deal.

Finisher:
•1 x max Knees-to-elbows-to-pullups
•Rest 1 min
•1 x max toes-to-bar
•If your set of Knees-to-elbows-to-pullups is less than keep doing sets till you've completed 10 reps, same on T2B.


K2E2 PU 10 reps (rough and ugly but ok.I double swung at the bottom)

toe 2 bar 11reps

Shoulders are done. Good day.

Great you had a good day Nik, pleased your through the dodgy spell. Great push pressing, real close there.

You would of enjoyed the lunging race, it was like a busy road junction all crossing each other and doding people doing push ups.

HAHAHA Nice, I was talking to the other Nic about that. I know my score would have been better in the group. Plus all the fun of just being in the mix of everything.

kicking drills.

pull ups hard today, I guess all the shoulder work from yesterday.

Rest day fun

2 muscle ups every min for 15 min

fine no problesn except I tore my right wrist again. I need to be on the rings more and get my wrist back in shape. I love the rings but do so much strength that I neglect them.

double unders 10,20,30,20,10 good practice. Not timed, just practice. Enjoyed it and needed it.

went to the track to run bleachers with the family and just had no energy. I felt weak on the bleacher. Just no gas. I wanted to note it to keep track. I am about sick of feeling weak.

My eating is fine. Sleep is about the same whick is not great. I go to bed with 9 hours to sleep but I don't sleep well or through the night. But that is usual for me. I just dont know whats up. I hope for a good day tomorrow.
