I was pleasantly surprised that I managed that pace since I haven't run in a while. I hate being lame......My lungs and mind want to run like the wind but my body doesn't want to cooperate:shrug:

I need to look more into cycling because my joint cannot take much more pounding after all the running I've done in the military.

2.62 miles in 24:50. I wanted to run further but my joints weren't having it....:rofl: I burned 388 cals:rolleyes:

I will continue to focus on endurance and stamina for my upcoming Spartan Race and possibly Tough Mudder. I may enter in some more depending on how I fare.
