I've been looking into something new to try and came across Ed Coan's deadlift protocols. I figured if it works for deadlifts, then why not for other lifts....[url]http://www.seriouspowerlifting.com/3279/articles/ed-coan-deadlift-routine[/url] (WSF) I'm going to tinker around a bit with using the routine with DL, squats and press.
