[B]Active Rest Day[/B] I took a trip to the chiropractor this morning for a tune up. My right hip was torqued a bit but the doc said that I was doing fine. A few twists and cracks had me feeling right!! Took a hot shower followed by ice to my lower back. After about 15 minutes of treatment, I stretched out and took in mass fluids. |

I also went without knee straps to get a feel for the compression sleeves I recently bought; not bad for a $24 investment....;) Stuffing my face as I log this, then off to the chiropractor for a tune up. |
