Great read Alex. I actually hit some wide grip push jerks the other day. They felt good. But that was under 70% :kicking0:

Definitely not for everyone but if they can keep that form with heavier weight I would think it’s the way to go. It’s like a wide grip in competitive bench pressing, the shorter range to lock out the movement.
