Just got back from squatting and stuff. Scoop of protein, 400mL of milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, a half a cup or so of oats, and a teaspoon or two of hot chocolate powder all blended up. Steak, potatoes and asparagus soon too.

Hooray for squatting and eating mass quantities of food. I would hate to feel like a needed a "six pack" enough to go on a diet that made me feel like monkey crap.
