Always. Traps dont build themselves.

Here was my post workout meal. .75lbs of brisket and 3 pieces of white bread.

My traps seem to build easily compared to other parts.

Mine do.

I'm so sore and worn out. First proper sparring session in so long. I'm so ridiculously unfit, but the extra strength is working- according to my mate, hitting me now is like hitting a wall.

must be nice. my traps and biceps have always laughed at me and refused to grow.

That sounds like 280kg. ((6 x 20kg) x 2) + 20kg + (2 x 10kg). I would be chuffed with just rack pulling that.

I dont even care what lift that is - good stuff!

My coach told me if I want to be a national-level weightlifter or elite crossfitter, I should go home and write 200 kg squat in 24 months somewhere I could see it. So now it is right under my WL total goals and right over my shopping list on my fridge white board. That would be the first multi-year goal Ive set in this sport, so I guess I am in it for the long haul!
