my favorite is his take on cardio... boxing and wind sprints. and use diet for fat loss. imagine that.

that video is great though. people talking to CT about his form on curls is a ridiculous as people talking about Klokov form on cleans.

For some reason whenever I read the nutrition forum, I either get the picture of either some hipster who has to be anti-establishment in any and everything or an ostrich with its head in the sand.

Lol. I may not agree with Darryl on everything, but his opinions are just as valid as any I have seen. The way people dog pile is un-becoming and telling of their maturity. This is one thing I can attribute my undergrad to. It helped me to understand the need to question thoroughly before accepting or rejecting. Too many people want to read a paper and call it good.
