Hi y'all, in a hurry today.......

I ate sweets yesterday and some bread and a very large cheese enchilada. I think it was the copious amounts of cheese that did me in last night. Oh well, here's to another day of trying to be sugar free! For the record, I currently hate CHICKEN and even coffee doesn't get me all enthuised like it used to. 10 and a wake-up.

i did good yesterday. except for some chocolate milk and three strawberries with nutella. i did buy some peanutbutter cups but when i got home i thought "what the hell are you doing" so left them on the seat and went inside as fast as i could and forgot about them. dont know about today though:yikes:

I have been doing pretty good these past few days. Although yesterday I didn't plan my meals well enough and was forced to eat chow on base. I chose the healthiest thing at Manchu-Wok. It was grilled chicken but sweet as hell so I am sure it had sugar in it. Back on track today though!

Going to post tonight. I've got a few energy jelly belly bean packets in my pouches to keep me up. Gonna be cheating in the line of duty I suppose. I also got pistachios in my pack and sunflower seeds.

In unrelated sugar crave news, I had a hershey bar today. Hey, it had almonds, but drowned in chocolate. Once a week can't be to bad right?

David: the almonds do it good man, gotta get those fats in, and some extra protein. haha. Of course once a week isn't bad.

No sugars yesterday and I will not have any today. I'm more looking forward to making some guacamole. That could be my new sugar.
Ok not seriously, but it is awesome.

I've been a bad boy - had a bowl of cereal this morning (loaded with fruit, though) and a massive steak burrito (at a local Tex-Mex place) for dinner.

Lunch, however, was my boring but wonderful can-of-tuna-on-a-bed-of-greens-with-balsamic-vinaigrette.

I'm at the end of a grocery cycle in our house and the cerreal was pretty much all we had in the house for breakfast, but I offer no excuses.

And I ran out of daylight for the WOD. :mad:

Hitting hard and eating clean tomorrow.

Hey everybody! A public thanks to Michael for sending me a very good blog to read yesterday, if he doesn't post it, I certainly will in my blog later on today :p

I'm back, one day at a time this time. I'm off to the gym in a few minutes, then clean eating for the rest of the day. I stashed all the evil GSC in a drawer last night so they can no longer taunt me from across the room in all their colorful, deceptive glory-ness.

My trifecta for good mental/physical self includes good, healthy eating choices. I can't be 100% awesome me if I don't remember that.

When I did Paleo-Zone before I would usually use Friday as my cheat day. So I had a lot of extra almond butter (yesterday = a terrible day) and now I feel like cheating is not even worth it. I just feel gross. Back to 11 blocks/day again.
:( I wish my body wasn't so stubborn.
