Hello everyone, I have been logging my on a website called Training Peaks. I will post my training from the past 10 days after my ride tonight.

It has been a long time so this post will contain a lot of days of training.

Aero Position Training
Trip Time: 2 hours

I was just trying to spend some time in the aero position to acclimate my body.

Summit Ride

I rode really well and ended up at the end with 3 strong riders.

Beer Ride

Casual riding until the sprint out of Fort Jackson. I was first in the team leadout train and pulled for a long time, cut them loose at 32mph.

1 hour on the trainer

It was windy outside so I had to ride in the living room.

I drove to Greenville to pick up a TT (Time Trial) Bike from the guy that will be coaching me until Denver.
I did a WOD at Carolina Crossfit

Cindy
7 rounds as RXed + 3 rounds of knee pushups and jumping pullups.

The squats were SO easy, the upper body stuff destroyed me.

Summit Ride
I was having bike fit issues with my road bike so I went with the slower "B" ride. I was not happy about that because I felt really awesome.

I had a great time taking the day off.

This was a new workout to me, a new sort of pain. My HR was never elevated, but my muscles feel a bit pounded.

Sounds like all that time in the saddle is doing you good. That's a pretty good clip for that long pull before the train gets to the launch pad.

Ooooooh! Those time trial bikes are bad-a**! Nothing feels good like squeezing the front grip with elbow right in front of your chest and hammering your legs on that kick-a ** cadence.

Btw, cool chicks on your "superimposed" avatar! You always crack me up!

Moderate long-ish ride.
2 hours 15 minutes

The ride was really windy. My purpose was just to spend some quality time in the aero bars, which I did. Mission accomplished.

Glad you like the new avatar Grace! TT bikes are pretty freaking sweet, I'm not going to want to give it back, haha.
