I use 5grams of creatine after every WOD for maintenance, can I do this forever or will it affect my health in any way .

Unknown! I'd take a month off here and there. It's wise to cycle any suppliments and saves money. I take creatine in the winter and really try to drive the weights up. I try to lean up in the summer to help running and BW exercises. Some people on this board have had bad reactions to creatine, but you sound like you have it under control. No long term studies so far showing adverse effects, but I'd hate to be the test case...so cycle.

I take multis and Fish Oil. I think creatine is always a bad idea. If size is your goal, I see the value. I am big enough, so I try to maximize my strength to weight ratio.
