all good reps, last one slow, and had to fight knees out but ok. Glad it was good after last week.

Thanks Scott, I did ok on the squats, but died on the metcon.

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
•6 Kettlebell C&J (Alternate arms each round, 32/16kg)
•8 Pullups
•10 Box Jumps (24/20")

7 rounds plus 6 C&J with the 1.5 pood

I had no steam from the start. I was feeling weak from getting over being sick and did all I could to keep going. KB was slow and box jumps real slow, pull ups easy.

Good Work to grind it out Nik, always hard getting through a wod when you've been sick. I'm sure the energy will come back over the next few sessions!

Thanks man. it is tough struggling along. Hard to not get rattled. But i want to lift and workout so it has to come along!:D

A.M. warm up

30 GHDs
30 back ext
10 HSPUs
30 abmatt situps
10 HSPUs
30 squats
10 HSPUs
10 wide c2b dead hang pull ups
10 close over hand dead hang pull ups
10 close under hand dead hang pull ups
30 pushups

kicking drill
rolled my back 2:00min

left elbow is sore I think and pretty sure from the KB work yesterday, but it warmed up ok and is not as sore.
