Walked up to the stadium. Watched the Indians game. Walked back. On the walk back my back/hip/butt/leg actually felt okay. When I sat back down at my desk they no longer felt okay... Crap. |

12 problems
Worked in 5 sets of 10 ab roll outs, bottoms up kettlebell presses, and various shoulder band exercises. Shoulder is still weak when externally rotating. Hangboard Workout 10 seconds work + 10 sec rest alternating between sloper and full crimp. 15 rounds. 15#. 3 sets w/5 minutes between. 2 sets complete. Last set incomplete. |

2 TGU's (one each arm) 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 45, 45, 45 45, 45, 53, 53, 53, 53, 53# 15 EMOM 10 KBS 35, 45, & finished with 53# 8 push ups Started with American swings and quickly went to Russian swings. 10 bar muscle ups Most with a band, a few without. Simple but good workout tonight. |
