DIY tricep/lat cable system
 
Made a few adjustments but works awesome for about $20 vs. The Spud Econ Pulley rogue offers for $85ish.

You can get everything at Home Depot (all in the same aisle). You'll need:

6.5' of plastic coated cable
A pulley to accommodate that size of cable.
Two clamp sets (to loop the ends of the cable)
Two carabiners

Refer to the picture for some clarification.
