storing cooked food

When I put cooked food(chicken, rice, protein bars) in the fridge in containers, condensation and droplets builds up inside the containers.
Is this good for the food?
What is causing it or should I not worry about it?

Re: storing cooked food

thats evaporated water from the food itself, its no harm.

I let the food cool down before putting it into fridge, up to 2 hours on room temp should do it no harm. or put it outside, if temps are below 8 C, on a balcony :)
