Shoulder press 5 - 85 5 - 95 5 - 105 5 - 115 5 - 125 5 - 135 5 - 145 5 - 155 (miss) 2 Then Track WOD (in the 90+ heat) Broken 500's Five rounds Run 300m Rest 60 secs Run 200m Finishing times - I'll do the math later 1 - 2:45 2 - 7:36 3 - 12:32 4 - 17:31 5 - 22:33 First 3 rounds I ran too far on the 200's...about 8 meters or so. then 10x100 yards. EMOTM - No watch. Just tried not to die. |

1 - 145 1 - 155 1 - 165 1 - 175 1 - 175 (Not paying attention) 1 - 185 1 - 195 1 - 205 1 - 215 (ugly/death grippy - hurt wrists) 1 - 225 (miss) really no aggressiveness here. Totally wussed out. 1 - 220 (miss) got under it - in a death grip. Probably didn't open hips all the way. I think my PR on this is 215 so I'm okay with this. I've really neglected the oly's in the last 6 mos. |

"Fran" 3:55 Rx'd about 27 secs off of my PR but - I'm okay with it. No butterfly kip this time. Just don't plan on doing that anymore unless I really have to (for time) in competition or something. Also, I hadn't done Fran in about 10 mos. I also at a bunch of ice cream today AND it was 90 in the box. Put all that together and wah wahhhh... |
