Went for easy 5K jog...blew left calf out again. Very annoying. I felt it pop. Finished the jog though and didnt time it. I guess I'm going to have to deal with this forever.

Did a tabata bike workout at Wife's parents...never did one before and wanted to nurse the calf.

Used the father in law's stationary bike - the timer would stop when the wheel stopped so I had to keep peddling easy throughout. I only took the distance measurement after the end of each interval.

Tabata (8 rounds) on level 7 I think.

1. .152 miles
2. .335
3. .507
4. .671
5. .837
6. 1.005
7. 1.170
8. 1.335

Got sweaty - not too bad. Have sectional WOD 11.4 today.

AMRAP in 10 mins

60 Bar facing burpees
30 OHS @ 120lbs
10 Muscle ups

90 reps. Had 2+ minutes to get one friggen muscle up. no go. They felt easy in the warmup too. :censored:
