Hi Lincoln, I just finished making one of your plyo boxes and it turned out great! Thanks for the thorough instructions. I am having trouble finding a rubber mat for the top. Is it the same type as the 4 x 6 foot stall mats I bought for my floors, or something with a bit more give to it? What sizes did you find it in? All I need is a little paint and the mat and I'll be in business. Thanks again!

I'll throw in my 2 cents....
I had some odd pieces of rubber mats left over after cutting to fit them in my gym. I just cut them to fit, used contact cement to hold them in place and they have held up great. They are just the regular gym floor mats or stall mats, about 1/2 inch thick, cuts reasonably well with a knife such as a box cutter. David

I've bought one of the thin mats from Sports Authority/Dicks and just cut it to specs and it works great. I glued and screwed down the corners.

It sounds like anything durable will work ok. Thanks to both of you for your input!

Yes, exactly. I used spare pieces of stall mats. Contact cement alone should last just about forever.

Take and post pictures when you finish!
