Since I missed out on going to the chiropractor, I'll be taking a trip this afternoon. I could tell that my right hip was out of whack during my deadlift session; wasn't a factor as much with cleans.

Because of time constraints and no pull up bars, we scaled the run from a mile to 400m, and did a band row plus curl to sub for pull ups; much harder than anticipated.... I completed the WOD in 27:40.
