Virtual shoveling [wmv] [mov] Pull-ups 21:38 tough tough. First met con it two weeks, I got winded!!! Took a couple of ''long'' breaks. |

Yea, but you were faster!!! 50 back ext with 25lbs to strech out my back from the shoveling. Oh and my arms are spent!!! |

3sets 15 ghd's 1 hanging power clean with 85 lbs:rofl: Just trying the movement. Todays WOD will be scaled down, this is going to pet strain on where my back was hurting for the last couple of weeks, I don't want to re hurt it. |

For time:
155 pound Power clean 15 reps 30 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 12 reps 24 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 9 reps 18 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 6 reps 12 Ring dips 155 pound Power clean 3 reps 6 Ring dips I used 115lbs on the cleans, and only got through first round and 18rep's on the rings, then did regular dips. Time 10:03 |
