Hello everyone, My back is still sore, it is not spasming, but really sore. Soo I will not even try to workout for the rest of the week at this point. I will take it day by day and see how it goes.

Thanks, staying in to party!! I'm safe at home!! I have a few friends coming in to celebrate the new year!

Good thinking Nik, house parties are great, you can be around exactly who you want then, enjoy yourselves, funny how we will all be celebratin at different times, I will be first.
