15 rounds for time
5 wallball 3 HSPUs 1 power clean 185lbs(84k) time 14:47 finisher 6x50m sprints not timed. Workout unbroken, HSPUs the hardest thing. But managed to keep them going. Wallball good, all though I did miss/drop the ball but picked it up in the squat to keep going. I needed to get in my cleans for the week and need the wallball and HSPUs in a workout is alway a hook for me. It was fun, I liked it alot. |

Deads and toes-to-bar go great together - hinge one way, then the other - and finishing in a solid plank for a bunch of pushups is the cherry. Unlike Scott, I like the unbroken sets. These are three great movements for worrying about form first. I'll have to put this one in the database for later in the Fall. |

I bet you did it at the 225 too! I will check you log here in a bit. Im like you Patrick, I like the unbroken sets but I catch myself taking longer breaks inbetween to ''get ready''. I try not to do that but if I'm at singles I break shorter wher I have to. |

Saturday, I had time to get up to the shop to do my deload squats
bar x5 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 205lbs x1 I am not sure my arthritus is acting up. My back has beem cranky for no reason, I have had a deload week and have not done much heavy work and it is still bothering me. I was lucky to have time for the squat, I was running all day. |

5/3/1 new cycle squat
bar x5 115lbs x5 185lbs x5 235lbs x5 295lbs(134k) x5 315lbs(143k) x1 all good reps allthough the 295 x5 was rough, reps were good, knees good all the way. really taxing. Really happy. |
