Hey hip & back are just about was an intestinal (sp?) thing causing the muscles to seize up! the open house sucked...we had a snow & ice storm that day so nobody came! I knew there was a chance of that being February in upstate NY so I didn't spend a lot of $ advertising or anything.

I've been working out a lot but not posting here....just been so busy!

Back Squats yesterday up to 5 @ 77 lbs...sore today! :)

Grace: Power Clean & Split Jerk
I did "Grace" Yesterday...working on form...not speed. 30 Power Cleans & Split Jerk in 13:30 with 45 lbs. I lost count several times and think i probably did more like 40 reps and I had to stop in the middle to take my shirt off because i was sweating like a pig!

Deadlift & Wall Balls
I've been working out, but not posting....I've been so busy I only seem to remember to post here when I'm really happy with my results: :)
I'll try to be more consistent!

Warm-up: 10 minutes Movement Prep
Wender Deadlift: AMRAP = 10 @ 122 lbs -- PR :pepper: -- Almost body weight!

WOD: "Karen": Scaled to 75 Wall Balls for time: 12# ball to 9 ft target = 7:15

Cash-out: Foam rolling & stretching = 15 minutes

Wall Balls, Push-ups, Box Jumps
Yesterdays mini-wod:

3 Rounds in 8:30 of:
5 Push-ups - 2 rounds on 12" box, 1 on 18" box
10 Box Jumps to 12" box
15 Wall Balls - 12# ball to 9 ft target

I'm so busy lately that i barely have time to write my WODs in my log I'm not posting them here...maybe when things slow down a little I'll be able to. I like posting here because its much easier to search for something you've done before...but... so be it!

Elizabeth: Power Clean & dips
So yesterday I had an Elizabeth PR! The last time I did it was almost 1.5 years ago. Yesterday I did:

21-15-9 in 15 minutes
50# Power Cleans
Bar Dips with blue band

:rofl: I'm still weak! But I must have been REALY WEAK before! This was a PR by 9 minutes! and last time i only did it with 25 lbs! I mean i did squat cleans last time but still! Wow! :pepper: Now I also know what time is supposed to be (under 10 minutes) so i can pick it up a notch next time. :)
