18 minute AMRAP 15 box jumps, 24" 12 push press, 115# 9 toes to bar 8 rounds + 7 box jumps Not terrible, but not great. A couple years ago I would have smoked this workout. On the bright side, I weighed in at 185# this morning. My plank position has gotten real weak. |
