CROSSFIT TOTAL


BS - 120 / 125 / 130(f) = 125k / 275 :)
SP - 60 / 62.5(f)x2 = 60k / 132 :(
DL - 170 / 180 / 182.5 = 182.5k / 401 :D

TOTAL = 808

Good and bad today, that SP is so hard to get moving without using a push!

Woohoo you broke 400# on the deadlift ! :highfive:

I did 380kg/837.7# today :p

This is becoming a tough match-up ! My deadlift PR is 185k, could only pull 180 today after my fooling around yesterday :ranting2:

Sunday 6th April

With a continuous running clock do 1 pull up in the 1st minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third.... and so on until you cant complete the amount.

16 complete rounds and 16 reps

Just missed last rep on round 17 by a second, next time.
Starting to get the kipping going better, still needs work. Really enjoyed this one :D

Ring Dips 4x Maximum reps: 14/15/13/11 (very deep shoulders to hands)

Close grip Bench Press 50K (110lb) Tabatta 14/10/7/7/7/7/7/7

WOD 5 rounds: 400m run/50 squats/30 press ups. Last time 17.53. This time 16.55:p

Yes probably overtraining but had day off work and felt hyper!!!:pepper:

Hi Scott !

Well first of all, you'll be surprised by the intensity of Kelly. Again, it looked cool on paper, but it smashed me today ! haha

I just did it now with 5 rounds of 400m (8 x 50m back and forth), 30 box jumps on a bench at least 60cm (a little higher than my knees), and 30 thrusters with a 20kg plate (try it, it's good, but it hurts ! haha).

===> 25'42"

Subbing the box jumps with burpees would make this WOD suicidal I think Scott. Just find any sort of support and jump on it, a little more jumps if it's too low.

Yes i think that would be a good idea, i will find something to jump on somewhere, have to use the treadmill though. Thanks for the heads up on this one Richard. :highfive:

5 Rounds: Run 400m, 30 Box Jumps, 30 Thrusters 20k plate(sub) = 23.57.10

Totally wiped me out, was going to do some squats/thrusters afterwards but after laying on the floor for five minutes decided that i had done enough!!

Richard: Whos going to get 190k today. A very good decider for the three day match i think :smiley_ev
