here's the deal,been doing CF,as well as i can, for a few months.Very happy with the results,lost weight,feel stronger,faster ,quicker etc.Question like todays WOD, is it more beneficial to do the thrusters with the 55lb weights,breaking up the set or doing the entire set w/o stopping but using less weight

Moving to Workout of the Day.

Not sure what workout this refers to; 3/23's workout has no thrusters, nor does 3/22.
