Pullups causing a headache--what's going on?

Hi everyone - I have a very strange symptom recurring following pullups. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. Since about a month ago, doing just several pullups has caused an almost immediate (1 hour later) headache, with aching in the back of the head. I suspect there is a problem with my neck. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for thoughts.
Alastair

Neck strain or disc issue can radiate up the neck and cause a headache. Since it has persisted you could see your PCP.

Thanks Sean. My docs are all over it. They, too, suspect a nerve issue in the neck.
