As Michael Pollan (and others) like to say, it's probably better to avoid any food that makes too-good-to-be true marketing claims....broccoli, kale, and grass-fed beef don't have big advertising budgets.

I for one would love to see more ads for broccoli. They'd be a darn sight better than all those fast-food ads. :D |

Oh the irony, I was thinking about this last night looking at the shiny "organic" and "good source of calcium" labels on the shredded taco cheese at the store... mentally I was thinking they have all these bells and whistles in labelling for processed foods, why the heck isn't Kale labelled as both organic and a good source of calcium?
