Summer holiday, i took some off from training, two week without any workouts. Did a bunch of stuff with the group. then, WOD: 15Min AMRAP Run 400M 10 OVH Squats 65/95Lb 75lb for me 20 Situps I got 3rds + 400M+ 3OVH Squats.... when time ran out I just finished all of Rd.#4. This was a bit harder then I thought it would be. |

busy week.....loads of real job work, spending gym time and catering a 120 person wedding last weekend......and getting the Newport ready for road trip starting tomorrow for 10 days...... last night....camber bar bench 235 10 lb pr pin presses, rows and rope/cable work will go to gym tomorrow night for a rhino walk and other squatting/deadlifting and then roll out of town keep up the great work like I know you all will and will begin posting again when we get back to town in 10 days cliff |

Set yourself every rep.* X 5 Sets WOD: "G.I. Jane" For time: 100 Burpee pull-ups 16:56.... Oh-boy- This one is Mental as much as Physical. I was at 90 at 15Min, You just have to keep "pushing thru it" Sunday: Stacked a bunch of Firewood, jumped in the pool between wheel-barrel loads, sat for a few and enjoyed a few Capt. & Cokes. It was a good strategy since I didn't have either of my sons around to assist..:( |

So every day in July was 96F or above, 1st time this has happened here in the Sacramento, CA area. 31 days 90F+ days. Plenty of 100F+ days too!!! Looks like we are in another 5+ day of 100F + days. There is new "running stairs" built close to us. Outside training with almos hole family... I did: Kb swings 15 reps -> walk up the stairs, some 140 steps When up, 7pullups (underhand grip) Then slowly downstairs and again... First Kb swing with 16kg, then with 24kg kb 4rounds and one xtra 7pullups.. Really nice to workout outside. |

wow you guys have been killing it better than ever
what a great 10 days left saturday morning after getting the "balance" right on the '66 toddler trailer and '67 newport. who knew changing the balance point would have created the problems it did. had to leave the mountain bikes and cruiser bikes behind. 5 days and 4 nights at a b.c. forest service camp site. no hydro, internet, cell phones, gas motors on the lake or atv's or dirt bikes on the trails around the lake. it was about an hour and a half walk around the lake which we did both before breakfast and after dinner. it was in the mid to high thirty's each day so they were spent floating in rafts on the water. the smoke from the fires up north were so bad on our way to our second stop we went through a town that you could see about 100 feet or so. weird place to be and see first hand. 4 days in sicamouse which is a town of 3,200 in the winter and 32,000 mid summer. everybody seems to have a bigger and better truck towing an equally bigger and better boat. we were asked to put the newport into the saturday parade so there was that. tonight at the gym...just getting back into it 2000 m. sled drag 45lb 3 x 9 95 steel 65lbs chain bench press 200 large green band high bar good mornings |

Kb floor press 20/12kg, 15/24kg 32kg:10,10,10reps Mon 7 Aug: Played some sort of hide and seen with kids on our yard... I don't know the english word for it. Someone kicks the ball, he/she who search for first goes after the ball and the others go and hide somewhere, when "the searcher" has come with the ball to "home spot" (we usually) count to 20 and then he/she starts to look/search for the others. When you see someone you run to the ball and touch it and shout for example : -Dad's found. If someone gets to the ball before the person who is searching, he/she kicks the ball and everyone who has been found gets free and can go hide again. Otherwise that person who has been seen first is the "searcher" next round... What do you call it in english?? After that i skipped the gym and did go for a bicykle-ride, about 55min, then when back home 55 knees to shoulders: 10,12,13,9,5,6reps. |

WU: Run 400M then 2 Rounds 10 Pushups 10 PVC Pass-thru's 10 Lunges w/35lb plate over-head 10 air-squats On the 2:00 Min for 20 Minutes 75-85LB for me 2 Front Squats 4 Lunges 1 Push-press WOD: 4 Rounds: 2min. Clock: 30 Double Unders / 60 SU 2 Rope Climbs Max Rep Front Squats (135/95#) 85lb for me rest 2min. b/t rounds I got 26 Front Sq. did 7 of 8 of the rope-climbs. I use my arms too much, need to work on my footwork on Rope-Climb. |

Press was getting hard. Left arm is weaker than right. I'm working on it. 1 strict ring muscle up 20 band pull aparts 30 seconds deep squat hold 5 rounds on the 2 minutes. |

:) no problem..fun. Actually, when i was a kis we called it 'ten sticks on the plank' We had a plank of wood something under it on the middle so it was like a swing, then the 10sticks to the other end and someone kicked the plank so the stics flew. Then you had to pick the stick's up and after that you started to seek the others..So we were not much richer here in Finland :) Enjoy the sailing. 8.11.2017 Friday WU: RUN 400M then 5 pull-up 10 Push-ups 15 Air-squats.... imagen that 1 x 1 1 Rep Max Split Jerk Hit 155lb a PR by 15lb. I thought my best was 165lb, bit turns out it was only 140lb. Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s heavy… Split Jerk x 1 rep WOD: Cindy 20 Min Amrap 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats Only got 11 + 20, looking at my log my best CINDY prior was 12+9. Felt like I lost count today... but hey sticking to the score. 8.12.2017 Saturday WU: RUN 400M 20Min. work to heavy Clean & Jerk. I got to 135lb. WOD: Partner WOD Run 400M 50 DEADLIFTS Run 400M 50 Cleans Run 400M 50 Push-Press 14:49 for us. then sets of 10: 50 Sit-ups 30 strict Push-ups |
