Two WODs (modified for my level/equipment) down, and I felt good enough I was half considering training again tonight. Silly me!
Today I feel like I've been beaten with a baseball bat. I went to get out of bed this morning and my abs hurt so much I yelped! I've done some pretty tough ab workouts (especially during my Thai boxing class) but this was something else.
Starting to wonder if I'll need tomorrow off as well...
Good stuff! Looking forward to the many challenges to come now.

Hi Cal - It's been a week and a half for me with CF (buttercup versions) . Two days ago, I experienced something similar to you, and thought - how can every muscle in my body be hurting? LOL!

I did some yoga and that helped a lot. I was really glad it was a rest day too and am also considering another day off, or at least, go easy tomorrow. I think this is good stuff, too!

I my is John and I am new to the CF WOD and am woundering what the 1-1-1-1-1-1 squat is? Does that mean 1 rep with the heaviest weight I can do with good form or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am an official knuckle head and found the FAQ section and found the answer to my own question. Well I appreciate the opportunity to post on the site anyway. Good luck everyone.

Hi John, and welcome!

Thanks for hunting down the FAQ! While we're happy with all newcomers, we *really* like those who do their own basic research . . . it sharpens up the questions.

One more thought: A lot of folks have trouble finding the link to post new threads . . . it will be way down at the bottom of the page when you are viewing the available threads in any given section (like "Starting", or "Nutrition").

It's generally better to post a new thread with each new question, rather than adding onto an existing one and changing the subject.

Again, welcome!!
