I have trouble getting my shoulders to a relaxed form (sometimes I wear them as ear rings), any stretching exercises or the like I can do fix this?

Roll your head around in all directions and especially stretch it left and right to help stretch out your trapezius muscles. For example, pull your head to the right and focus on keeping your left shoulder down. This will stretch the muscle pretty well.

Hold onto 2 80lb dumbbells and move your head side to side (ear towards shoulder).....that and try some more magnesium if they are always tight.
