Just ran because it was 50 degrees out. I'm still a bit under the weather though. Didn't run for time or distance - just ran to run. Went to Art Van's house and back. |

Did a going away workout for Terry - it was a partner WOD. Some running, wallballs, wheelbarrows, partner thrusters. Fun! Not ultra intense but it was something. With a partner Run 400m 38 thrusters 95 (with partner) Run 400m 38 wheelbarrow steps per person Run 400m 38 partner wallballs Run 400m 38 Leg raises Run 400m Time - 19:55 I'm still a bit under the weather and really want to kick this thing. I may row a bit tonight to get the blood going but we'll see. |

Just did a really light warmup today. will probably do some easy bodyweight stuff this next cycle (3 or 4 days) then gear up for the OCCF games on the 23rd. |

10 rounds- row 150m 90 secs rest Not gonna really chance running these in the dark. Don't really have time during the day - so I rowed. I really want/need to run these sprints though as it's a tremendous weakness. Well. I suck at rowing too. 1. 28.6 2. 28.7 3. 28.9 4. 28.3 5. 28.6 6. 28.6 7. 28.6 8. 28.8 9. 28.7 10. 28.9 After the first few rounds I gave myself a goal of staying under 29...It was tough. Interested in seeing how I feel tomorrow. |

Wow! So after like a full week off (sick) I just did the MCCF warmup and dynamic warmup today. [B]01/18/11[/B] Took a roadie out to [URL="http://crossfit810.typepad.com/810crossfit/"]CrossFit 810[/URL] to visit Joe DeGain's (HQ Trainer) place. Did 'Mary' Not sure what I got - no PR for sure, I think it was about 8 rounds. Almost 9 I think. I feel better though and have a competition this Sunday. Should be interesting. |
