My MCCF Warmup (I specify because I don't do it anymore) Platform deadlift - off bumpers 45's. Never did these before so went light and tried to keep back perfectly straight 10 - 95 5 - 135 5 - 145 5 - 155 5 - 165 5 - 175 Felt good..and light. |

Overly eventful stroller run with Micah..about 5K delivered mail at mailbox Met some dude from Virgina Twisted my ankle really bad 33 mins with all breaks included. Ugh...Tommy V tomorrow. We'll see how the ankle feels, icing it now. |

Actually worked out to an extra 9 feet. So I scaled it up I guess. :) Anyway - I'm better at the rope, but heavier. So this WOD was still hard. Little chafed and only 1 blister. Didn't kill me as much as the 1st time. 34:00 PR by 7 minutes. Also, thruster form was bad because my ankle is still tight. Deep squats still hurt a bit, as a result I was coming off of my heels a bit. |
