Ankles and calves are destroyed from yesterday...didn't even feel right trying to warm up on the rower. I'm taking an exra rest day as a result...maybe 2. |

Weird thing was...I felt strong and thought I might get my 2x bw squat so I set up a camera!! Funny... JT tomorrow... |
