power clean disaster - couldn't even get 215 which is 10 under my PR but my back still isn't good so...

Ran about 4 - 5 miles. Not actually sure on the distance need to check. That was rough. Just checked. little over 4.25 miles probably in about 40 mins. I really felt fine though until the last mile. need to do this more -also plan on losing some lbs...again.

I'm trying to do at least some dedicated strength stuff...even though I still can't push it hard.
