Lol u just can't stay away from the weights huh. I have wod withdrawals! I haven't been able to workout since Friday because we are remodeling the kitchen and floor at the house. All the dust from the demolition has had my allergies going crazy. I hope to get the heavy thruster/400 meter run done tonight. We are pretty much done with everything. But I will go all out so you can feel my soreness lol

Damn Nik. Sorry your having such a rough time with that dehydration. Its obviously a smart move to skip FGB today. I'm sure you'll be back to your old self in no time.

Thanks man, I knew I could count on you. Hey, you need to watch yourself too, water is not enough, infact to much water can flush out you electrolites and hurt you just as easy as sweating and not replinishing.

I'll be ok, I set myself up for this with out even knowing.

I drink up to 90 plus oz of water befor lunch, and dont do anything for electrolites, then sweat like crazy in the heat and all the humidity last week. I'm fortunate it wasn't worse, I'm smarter for it.

I'm a big water drinker like you. The pickles do seem to help. I don't know how much, but we went to Sam's Club, bought two gallon jugs of the whole ones, and I was breaking them open when we got out to the truck. My wife thinks I have gone crazy, but my body was apparently craving them for the salt. Hope I'm not pregnant. LOL Don't know if I could drink the juice though. Impressive WOD time on 07/11/10. Hang in there Nik.

No FGB for me, I counted for Brady though.

I did 100 abmatt situps unanchored

on the min for 20 min Snach

5reps 75lbs
10 reps 95lbs
5 reps 105lbs.

Thanks, I wanted to try and see how I felt in the heat and see if I was sweating ok and if I'd overheat. I got a bit woozy this morning, but it seems to have passed.

That and I wanted to do something if I could. it wasn't much, but snach practice is always good.
