Great Fran Nik, you will be sub 5 very soon and 15 minutes of Death by C2B is a great score in itself, I only managed about 13 full rounds when I tried that, you should definately hit a qualifier
Thanks Scott!! I didn't expect much from Fran, last time I did it in 7min. but I was just getting over being sick. I thought about the qualifier, but I want to give it another year and maybe level 1 cert first.

You cannot give anything another year at your age Nik, I am slightly younger and thought I have to hit it now why I am still at my peak

HAHA nice, I guess it is confidence, ''Is six months enough to compete?'' ''Am I strong enough?''

The way I see it Nik is I may or may not be ready but will be more ready next time around with the experience of hitting the qualifier this time. Theres absolutely nothing to lose, at the very worst I will come away with some great workouts and some new Crossfit friends and contacts to visit.

Squat clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

1. 85lbs
2. 95lbs
3. 105lbs
4. 115lbs
5. 135lbs
6. 145lbs
7. 155lbs
8. 165lbs PR( I had to try for it, everything else felt good, I failed the first 3 attempts, made the 4th attempt)

My back feels good.

My 2yo son has the flu, got it from my 13yo son, I got little sleep last light, was up a 3am. I think if I was fresh I could have gone for more. But I'm really happy with this.

Nice squat clean WOD especially after what was likely a rough day with two sick kids!
